Director of Sales

Prospera Hospitality (www.prosperahospitality.com), a quality driven, fast growing management company is seeking a Director of Sales for our Marriott Fairfield Inn property located in Tewksbury, MA.

The Director of Sales will oversee all aspects of the sales and marketing effort. Responsible for developing marketing and PR strategies along with an in-depth sales and marketing plan. This position will be responsible for setting goals, weekly and monthly solicitation, developing new accounts, web site strategies and development of an advertising plan. This position will also participate reviewing the revenue management at the property. Reports to the General Manager.

Ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self starter. Marriott experience preferred.
