Job Description

- Responsible for the proper cleaning, storage and
distribution of all china, silver, glassware, pots, pans
and other cookware.

- Maintains required standards of sanitation and
cleanliness in the kitchen, cafeteria and heart-of-house
areas.

- Completes other duties as assigned by the Culinary
Management team.

- Assists Executive Chef in communicating policies and
procedures with the stewarding staff.

Job Requirements

Interior of hotel, in Banquet, restaurant and kitchen
areas, with exposure to humidity, steam and extreme
temperatures.

* Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds

* Work with hands in water (hot and very hot) for
extended periods of time

* Walking, stooping, standing, bending, lifting
throughout duration of the shift

* Must be able to multi task in a busy environment

* Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work
nights, weekends, holidays
