Ocean Properties, one of the largest, privately held hotel operating and development companies in North America is seeking an experienced Information Technology professional to provide onsite and remote systems and engineering support services. This position is based in Sarasota Florida and reports to the corporate IT Director in Portsmouth, NH.
Duties will relate to implementation, utilization, maintenance and user support for all information technology infrastructures at multiple hotel/resort locations throughout Florida. Systems include but are not limited to various PMS, POS, back office applications, desktops, laptops, servers, networks, network devices including routers, switches, hubs, cabling, data security, as well as administrative and guest internet access.
Successful candidate will have hands on hospitality systems experience, be willing to travel, work varied hours and will have excellent written, verbal and intrapersonal communication skills.
