FoH Management:
We are a busy cafe in Venice looking for a highly motivated and organized hands on manager. Position would require supervision and control of customer service, training and correcting of employees, spot checking of transactions, maintaining health department codes, monitoring of employee schedules and breaks, communicating with back of house on inventory levels, availability, requests, etc., and generally enforce established policies.
Min 5 Years management
Experience in F&B
Fluent in English. Spanish speaking - a plus!
Ability to stand and move for hours at a time
Knowledge of POS Systems
Food and Wine knowledge
