The Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel is looking for an individual with proactive hospitality skills to join our Front Office team as a Reception Ambassador. We are seeking an outgoing, energetic and result driven individual to "WOW" our discoverer guests. You will be responsible for providing an inviting sense of arrival during check-in and a fond farewell during the check out experience. In addition to providing exceptional service during the entire guest experience, you must be able to:

  • Accurately handle cash and charge transitions when posting guest room charges
  • Respond to guest concerns in a timely manner and ensure complete satisfaction
  • Manage guest requests
  • Block rooms
