We have an immediate opening for an Executive Sous Chef to captain our top notch Restaurant and Culinary Team. This person will report to our Executive Chef.
We're seeking an Executive Sous Chef who will engage our team members and emphasize the importance of providing the highest quality food and service. We need a Chef who is confident and can think quickly in stressful situations while maintaining poise and positive leadership. A big smile, a great attitude, and an eye for detail are very important. Must be a team player, service oriented and be able to maintain a clean work area and multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must have 2 years of kitchen management experience.
