Community Executive Chef

Holiday Retirement is the largest provider of independent living for seniors. We are seeking candidates for a Community Executive Chef in Lenox, MA.

We are looking for several hard working, dedicated chefs with good culinary skills who like working hands on in the kitchen to join our team.

Successful candidates will be active members of our communities' management teams and be responsible for food production, staffing, maintaining overall food service budget including food cost, labor, and supplies as well as sustaining Holiday Retirements high standard of food quality and service. They must have a working knowledge of:

* Online ordering and inventory

* Functional computer skills. (Word and Excel)

* Strong culinary skills including baking and food presentation

* Strong leadership skills

* The ability to work as part of a team

* Good organizational and time management skills

* Understand the principals of sanitation and be Serve Safe certified (willing to achieve certification within 90 days of employment)
