The TownePlace Suites by Marriott Philadelphia-Horsham hotel, located within 20 miles of downtown Philadelphia, is currently seeking a highly motivated hotel professional with Assistant General Manager or Front Office Manager experience, preferably with Marriott limited-service or extended-stay hotels, to join our management team as ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER.
Responsibilities include assisting the General Manager with duties such as driving sales, ensuring outstanding guest service and associate satisfaction as well as bottom-line results in a very entrepreneurial environment. This individual will report directly to the General Manager.

* Minimum of 2 years experience as an AGM or FOM in the hotel industry REQUIRED.
* AGM or FOM experience with the Marriott Brand and/or upscale extended-stay hotels a plus.
* Local market experience a PLUS!
* Must be highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
* Exceptional customer service skills required.
* Must possess strong computer skills.
* Excellent communication and presentations skills required.
