Sales Administrative Assistant
Take ownership for accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks by managers
Daily follow up calls to customer inquiries as requested
Maximize conversion and revenues from all inquiries via telephone as requested
Provide excellent professional service in all customer contact (verbal and written)
Maintain accurate and thorough data and history within Delphi as requested
On-going self driven education on hotel, hotel industry, food & wine and French culture
Effectively communicate with other hotel departments,
Weekly and monthly reports
Proven track record of exceeding goals in a team or support role
A basic understanding of the upper-upscale or luxury hotel industry
Good computer skills (typing, Delphi or similar, Microsoft Office, excel knowledge required.)
Good verbal and written English skills
