The Utility Steward completes kitchen cleaning projects as assigned, following resort specifications and standards for cleaning.  This position is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment in the Dishwashing, Kitchen, Employee Cafeteria, Compactor and storage areas. 

The qualified candidate will have previous restaurant
dishwashing or cleaning experience. S/he must be able to
stand for the duration of the shift, be able to bend,
lift, stoop and operate machinery in order to complete
tasks. The candidate must be available for a flexible
schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Must
be able to communicate effectively in English.
