Banquet Chef

Wequassett Resort and Golf Club is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Chef. This individual should possess excellent management, culinary and organizational skills as well as a passion to learn. We seek a culinary professional who has the ability to work independently. The Banquet Chef leads a team of one sous chef and 5 cooks. 

The resort is a AAA Four-Diamond and Forbes Four-Star resort and member of Preferred Hotels.
The signature restaurant, twenty-eight Atlantic, is the proud recipient of the AAA Four-Diamond and Forbes Four-Star awards.

Previous culinary management experience in a luxury hotel/restaurant setting is required.
