A hotel company is currently seeking candidates for a Human Resource Management opportunity.
This could be a great opportunity for a coordinator / assistant in the human resource field ready for an entry into management. Also well suited for an experienced manager of 1 to 2 years. Candidates must be detailed oriented, great with communication skills and available to work any day of the week to meet the needs of assigned hotels. Experience in the hospitality field is preferred, but not necessary. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for assisting with a variety of Human Resources functions. They will also be responsible for hiring all hourly positions in a timely manner, accurate and timely completion of paperwork, the understanding and enforcement of company policies, and assisting with benefits as well as other administrative needs.
Basic Job Requirements:
*Prepare and place recruitment advertising.
*Conduct interviews and assist with training needs.
*Schedule and conduct orientations for new hires.
*Maintain administrative needs for new hires, terminations, and transfers.
*Assist with counseling process to address performance issues.
*Respond to unemployment claims.
*Compile wage surveys.
*Answer questions regarding time off and various other benefits
*Ensure compliance with all HR and company related SOP's.
*Assist with special projects; plan employee events.

*Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
