Our success can't be attributed to our food alone; without a talented staff, we wouldn't be where we're at today.
We are currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef in the Atlanta area! This person should be passionate about the food they create and have a strong work ethic. All chefs must have a true passion for delivering the highest quality dishes, understand flavor profiles, proper use of ingredients, and demonstrate exceptional cooking techniques. The Executive Sous Chef should have a true passion and commitment for training and developing a culinary staff that exemplifies quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5+ years of current Upscale/Fine Dining Executive Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, Hotel Room Chef experience
- High volume background; must have Sous Chef experience in restaurants doing over $4 million in sales
- A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous five years
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Culinary Degree
- Ability to relocate to Midwest and Southeast a huge plus
