Assistant Director of Dining Services - Missouri State S and T

This position is responsible for assisting the Director in the day to day operations at a college account. You will manage and lead a team of employees. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, along with ensuring that the food offered to the students is of superior quality. You will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent relationships with the client.
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students.
- Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the Chartwells marketing and culinary team.
- Manage, train and develop staff.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- One to three years of foodservice management experience preferred.
- Campus dining experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Financial and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
