POSITION OVERVIEW
Smokey Bones General Managers have the opportunity create a fun and unique environment through a vibrant bar nightlife, fantastic food and quality service that our firestarters and guests can enjoy. The General Manager sets the tone and high standards that they hold everyone accountable to. They provide knowledge and guidance to our hourly Fire Starters that translates into an engaging and genuine experience for our guests.

If you have an enthusiasm and passion for the casual dining restaurant industry, a minimum of two years restaurant management experience and minimum one year general manager experience then you are encouraged to apply.
