Guest Service Agent position is currently available at the Fort Wayne Hilton at the Grand Wayne Convention Center.

Looking for both AM and PM shifts and availability 7 days a week

Duties include greeting guests, processes check-in and check-outs, issues room keys, answers questions, and resolves guest requests in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures.

Processes guest bills and collects payments.

Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles to management. Impress guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner.

Applicants must have computer skills in Word, Excel and on the Internet.

Cash handling experience required.
