Job Description

Essential Functions:
* Knowledge of fine dining service.
* Must aquire full familiarity with menus: breakfast,
lunch and dinner.
* Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
* Ability to lift 25-30lbs regularly.
* Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
* Polish and clean the water glasses in his/her assigned
station before opening hours.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant
manager.
* Walk/stand on feet for up to 8 hours per day.
* Provide 4-Diamond service to guests.
* Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using
surnames when obtained.

* Maintain cleanliness of Restaurant floors,
counter-tops, and service stations.

Job Requirements

* TABC and TX Food Handler certified

* Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and
holidays

* Minimum 1 year of server experience in quality
establishment

* Excellent cosumer service skills

* Cash handling skills

* Meet our 4-Diamond standards of appearance
guidelines

* Stand for long periods of time, lift/carry 30 lbs
regularly
