Must have previous hotel housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in supervisory position. Substantial and successful track record in profitable housekeeping management while maintaining integrity and professional bearing. Ability to anticipate and identify issues and exercise initiative to investigate. Display consistent professional leadership while simultaneously handling competing and changing priorities and projects. Ability to effectively and efficiently schedule, manage and delegate work. Possess excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a must. Previous Opera experience helpful but will train. Must assure rooms are within the Holiday Inn standards for cleanliness and presentation. Ability to walk and stand for long periods, bend, reach, pull, push, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs. The hotel offers a benefit package that includes after 90 days medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances.
