- Ensures quality and hotel standards are adhered to.
- Ensures the highest hygiene standards are maintained throughout the kitchen.
- Trains, coaches, and directs associates to provide knowledge and guidance.
- Supervises and evaluates kitchen associates' work performance.
- Prepares food in accordance with the portion and quality standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
