We are currently seeking a sharp professional and seasoned AREA GENERAL MANAGER for our new 90+ room, expanded select service hotel slated that just opened this Summer of 2009

This position will also be the General Manager for the Fairfield Inn by Marriott by Clarksville, TN.

The candidate we seek must have +4 years current Hotel (Marriott brand experience preferred) as an General Manager preferably with an a new opening background.

This position requires a commitment to managing the overall operations of the hotel and qualified candidates will need to posses the abilitity to drive revenue, maximize profitabilty, deliver superior customer service and maintain excellent product quality.

Partnering with all departments and actively participating in daily operational tasks to achieve productivity and quality goals defined for all team members is required to maintain the success of the property

Qualified candidates should posess current Marriott General Manager experience with a branded full or limited service hotel, Marriott experience a plus. Multi property / Area GM experience ideal.

The potential candidate should be skilled in driving top lines revenues and overseeing operational and financial expenditures while maintaining exemplary customer service scores.

An ability to motivate team members at all levels, excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary to ensure the continued success of the hotel.

MUST HAVE +4 YEARS CURRENT EXPERIENCE AS GENERAL MANAGER (MARRIOTT - COURTYARD and/or FAIRFIELD BRANDS PREFERRED.
