We are currently looking for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager with a minimum 4 years experience required, Ideal candidate must have excellent beverage, liquor and wine knowledge. Responsibilities include guest relations, scheduling of beverage staff, event planning, inventory, cost analysis, as well as administrative support to beverage manager. Must have excellent communication and guest service skills. Food Handler and TIPS Certification required. Must have flexible schedule.
