The building?s main entry and facade were reconstructed and fully restored to the original architectural drawings, bringing you The Joule.The Housekeeping Supervisor will provide housekeeping services to all guest rooms according to the policies and procedures established by the hotel. To provide exceptional quality housekeeping services to enhance the overall guest experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist The Housekeeping Manager in supervising the housekeeping staff.
- Assist the room attendants and the house attendants as needed.
- Inspect guest rooms after the room attendants have finished cleaning to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next check-in.
- Compile and report accurate room status of guest rooms to the front office.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Practices chemical safety rules and follows procedures for hazardous materials
- Inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room
- Respond in a timely manner to guests requests.
Required Skills and Requisites
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Service orientation. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous hotel housekeeping supervisor experience required.
