* Set up and prep floral containers.

* Design and lead Mass-produce floral arrangements and
floral staff.

* Produce daily vases and other arrangements at floral
supervisor?s request.

* Insure client satisfaction.

* Report damaged and missing items.

* Insure a safe working environment.

* Assist production staff when instructed to by floral
supervisor when setting up events.

* Clean floor and prepare floral dept. after days
work.

* Assist in installing table linen, chair covers and
sashes when needed and instructed to do so by floral
manager. Assist in fabric installations upon
manager?s request.

* Assist with planning of events.

* Assist with samples and up selling.

* Perform ordering duties on own with floral
supervisors request.

* Drive van, truck and deliver and setup events.

* Must have flexible schedule.

* Perform other related duties as assigned or
requested by supervisors/managers.

* Attend monthly employee meeting.

* Answer phone and take orders.

Be able to supervise floral décor placement on job site,
communicate with clients and managers on site. Prior
Buying and manager or supervisory experience. Assist
others at the request of Floral Shop Supervisor. Must be
able to sit, stand, stoop or bed for duration of shift
(at least 8 hours). Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
Minimum 5 years of supervising a heavy volume floral or
event company.
