Job Description

Essential Functions:

* Manage day-to-day Human Resources Department

* Supervise Human Resources Coordinator ? Schedule,
Performance Reviews, Productivity, Etc.

* Manage data in HRIM systems.

* Keep Director of Human Resources informed of all
employee related matters

* Advise management & monitor Progressive Discipline
on all hourly associates

* Conduct all pre-screening of line/Management
position applicants

* Complete reference checks on those applicants whom
the hotel has identified as potential associates

* Ensure proper completion of I-9 forms

* Develop Networking contacts

* Immigration Law and Corporate Policies followed

* Maintain job requisition and associated logs:

* Requisition

* Promotion Transfer

* Applicant Flow

* Maintain job posting program

* Conducts exit interviews for all terminating
associates and ensures final clearance and pay check
distribution

* Participates in planning and execution of associate
events planned by the Human Resource Department

* Surface all managerial/hourly reviews, with
appropriate forms to appropriate manager at least
one month in advance of actual review date. Track
and monitor timely completion.

* To properly administer all areas of the benefits
program:

* Health and Dental Insurance

* Retirement Savings Plan

* Extra Benefits Program

* Disability Insurance (Long and Short Term)

* Life Insurance/Supplemental Life

* Ensure Leave of Absence Policy is adhered to

* Ensure Worker's Compensation Law is adhered to

* Monitor Unemployment Insurance

* Conduct new hire orientation

* Maintain all Associate Lockers including an annual
locker audit

* Compile EEO data for OFCCP report

* Any other reasonable job request by management

Job Requirements

* Must have a 4-year college degree.

* Must have a minimum of 1 year Human Resources
experience in recruiting and benefits, preferably in
the hotel industry.

* Bilingual preferred.

* Must have excellent verbal and written communication
skills.

* Must be proficient in MS Office.

Work Schedule & Availability Requirements:

* Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.

* Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays
occasionally.
