Job Description
As breathtaking as any West Texas sunset, the Omni Fort
Worth Hotel offers a taste of Texas hospitality.
Conveniently located in the heart of Fort Worth's
exciting downtown, the hotel is adjacent to the Fort
Worth Convention Center.
Sculpted from native stone and rich hardwoods and
wrapped in glass, the Omni Fort Worth Hotel offers 614
guestrooms, 68,000 square feet of meeting space with six
food and beverage outlets.
The PM Room Service Server will:
Ensure all guests are serviced in a friendly and
courteous manner using appropriate procedures in
accordance with Omni service standards.
Job responsibilities include the following:
* Control heavy volume of orders delivery and
cleanliness
* Attend to and anticipate guests needs before and
during delivery of meals
* Work quickly and efficiently
* Provide excellent guest service
* Side work during slower periods
* Other responisibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
Previous hotel and/or full service restaurant experience
Be able to stand/lift/push/pull/bend/stoop frequently
during 8 hour shift
Be able to lift up to 40 lbs
Must have complete knowledge of service time, menu, and
specials
Good Communication skills
