Job Description
Responsible for proper training and supervision of all room service
and PBX associates to deliver prompt, courteous service. Maintain
consistent food service to guests; monitor tray and table set ups,
prep work and side work. Maintain adequate supply of both equipment
and food items to ensure speed and quality of service. Perform
inventories, use requisitions and have full understanding of food and
beverage cost controls. Handle payroll issues and control expenses.
Responsible for excellent handling of guest concerns; monitor wake-up
calls and all functions of the telephone operators. Familiar with
and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
Job Requirements
TIPS certification is a plus or will receive. Previous
supervisory
experience preferred, hospitality experience preferred.
Must be
flexible and able to work all shifts including am, pm
and overnight.
