JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to: Restaurant Manager
Summary of Position: To order food and beverage items, paying attention to their needs.
Primary Functions:
* Take orders and serve beverages to the Blue Door guests.
Specific Accountabilities:
1. Greet guests making them feel comfortable.
2. Set up stations, ensuring to have enough supplies.
3. Up sell, to increase check average.
4. Inform special of the days.
5. Keep the tables organized and cleaned.
6. Reset tables.
7. Light cigarettes, cigars and pipes, as well as maintain the ashtrays cleaned.
8. Perform other duties as requested.
Required skills and Qualifications:
. Three years experience in fine dining restuarant
* Good communication skills.
* General food knowledge.
* Customer relations skills.
* Strong waiter skills.
* Multi-lingual preferred.
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
* Must be able to work standing on your feet for at least 8 hours.
* Periodical fast paced strides are required to go from one part of the property to others.
* Must be able to move, pull, carry and lift at least 50 pounds.
* Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb is required.
* Color vision is required to determine the different products used in the restaurants and kitchen.
