Retail Sales Agent Hourly Wage / Non-Exempt / Part Time & Full Time The Phoenician offers our Full Time Ambassadors exceptional benefits! We are seeking an experienced Retail Agent who will engage with the guests, as they journey throughout The Phoenician's lovely retail shops. This individual will provide personal service to our guests while promoting our products and services. The most suitable Retail Agent will be able to use proper sales techniques to achieve sales goals. The selected retail professional must be available to work between 10:00am to 6:00pm, including the flexibility to work holidays and weekends. Previous experience in a retail environment required, preferably within an upscale high guest contact environment. Computer competency is necessary, including exposure to Point of Sale systems. Problem-solving, initiative, and organizational skills required. The ideal candidate for this welcoming role should be engaging, outgoing, sales-minded, and possess exceptional communication skills.
