Job Description
This Culinary Manager will be responsible for kitchen
operation of the Banquet Kitchen Candidate
must have full knowledge of Food Safety, food and labor
cost controls, a good eye for detail along with strong
leadership and training abilities. Must have strong
demeanor on the floor while interacting with guests and
associates in an open kitchen environment. Knowledgable
of food offerings in a large scale convention setting.
Flexible schedule is required including mornings,
evenings, weekends and holidays.
Job Requirements
Candidate must be a strong leader and with skills in
food costing, preparation, training, and handling large
volumes of business. Flexible schedule and an ability to
lift 50+ pounds is required.
Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames
when obtained with a sense of urgency, attention to
detail and passion for food and service.

weekends and holidays.
