Job Description
As a Front Office Agent your responsibilities will be to greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying registration, address, and credit information. You will need to promote the Starwood Preferred Guest program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members and accept payment for guests accounts both at time of registration and check out.
Requirements
Must have good communication skills. Must have basic computer skills. Prior customer service experience desired. SLS is a luxury brand with Special Luxury Standards seeking individuals who are willing to do whatever it takes to help our guest Savor Life Slowly, Spend Lively Sunsets, and enjoy our Simply Luxury Sanctuary.
