Job Description

Courteously and efficiently takes food and beverage
orders, retrieves and serves alcoholic, non-alcoholic
beverages, and food orders to guest tables according to
Hotel specifications. Collects payments for same. Also
assists in the maintenance of the restaurant area and
equipment.

Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age to server alcoholic
beverages. Must be TABC Certified. Must be able to work
flexible PM Shifts including weekends and holidays. At
least one year of cocktail server experience is
preferred.
