Job Description

The Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is looking for a
HH Prime bartender for the 20013 summer season.

Essential Functions

¨ ? To properly set-up and maintain a clean efficient
bar throughout the shift.
* Approach and greet guests.
* Order taking.
* Order delivery.
* Checking back.
* Service bar.
* Clean and clear service areas.
* Departing guests.
* Uniforming appearance.
* Completes other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

* TIPs Alcohol Training Certification is required
before first day of work.

* Previous bartending experience required.

* Previous experience in an upscale environment is
preferred.
