* Position Summary:
* Efective administration in all aspects of the employment process to include pre-employment process and post-employment issues. Participates in salary surveys, reviews current compensation plans to assure that wages are up to date with the local current market.

* Resposibilities:
* Effective administration of all aspects of employment process to include pre-employment to post-employment issues.
* Recruit, screen, and hire high quality exempt and non-exempt personnel.
* Assist with recruiting, screening, and hiring of high quality salaried personnel.
* Understand and adhere to the HR operating practices.
* Maintain an updated listing of all job openings.
* Direct and coordinate all activities involving the recruitment and screening process.
* Assist with the orientation of new hires.
* Ensuring all pre-employment screening is conducted and that appropriate action taken on results of screening.
* Interface with other departments to ensure a harmonious working relationship.
* Ensure proper tracking of applicants.
* Ensure required EEO data is collected and maintained.
* Maintain resume bank.
* Maintain a fair and competitive wage and salary administration program in accordance with company policy. 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree preferable with emphasis in Human Resources, Communications, Education OR an equivalent combination of eduation and experience.
* Three (3) to Four (4) years experience as a human resource generalist with a strong recruiting background, preferable as a manager or supervisor.
* Ability to interface with PC's and Infinium.
* Excellent veral and written communication skills.
* High degree of organizational skills.
