Job Summary:

 
* Coordinate and oversee daily activity for income audit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general cashiering, night audit and purchasing process.
* Prepare monthly reports for Regional Accounting Office to support corporate accounting process including Income Journal, Accruals & Reclasses, etc.
* Review and entry of daily cash reporting.
* Preparation and filing of monthly sales tax.
* Partner with Corporate Accountant in the preparation of the monthly financial statements and work papers.
* Partner with Resort Management team to review monthly GL, Variance reporting, forecasting & budgeting.
* Partner with Resort Management team to ensure the resort maintains compliance with Internal Audit & Quality Assurance procedures.
* Special projects as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications:

 
* BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
* 1-2 years experience with Timeshare and/or Hotel Management Accounting Preferred
* Ability to work with others and communicate with multiple departments and all levels of management
* Ability to multi-task & coordinate multiple projects
* Deadline conscious with strong drive, initiative and the ability to work well in time-sensitive situations
* Excellent organizational skills, strong work ethic and detail oriented.
