Job Details
We require mature and reliable persons with proven experience in the maintenance of kitchen refrigeration equipment, fan coil units, condenser units and exhaust fan systems.
The successful candidates must have a technical education from a recognized Vocational Training School with a certificate or diploma in an air conditioning or refrigeration discipline and at least three years practical experience. The person chosen will be responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of all AC units, maintaining the AC plant, and responding to guest calls and related emergencies and assisting with general maintenance projects. This position will require flexible shifts that include weekends & public holidays.
