1. Reporting to an event or function.

2. Completing assigned tasks for specific events ?
setting of bars and necessary equipment/beverage stock,
glassware etc.

3. Preparing for the guests arrival.

4. The Service of Beverages & Associated items during
the event.

5. Breaking down of equipment and returning stock to the
storage areas at the conclusion of the event or
function.

6. Complete the assigned Closing Duties/Side Work as
assigned by the Banquet Beverage Captain in the
Convention Service Bars, prior to leaving.

7. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
by supervisors/managers.

EOE/M/F/V/D

Must be able to fluently converse, read & write English.
Two to Four Years of Bartending experience in a either a
high volume Banquet/Restaurant or Lounge Beverage
Operation. Must be able to lift and carry cases of
liquor & beer.

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop or bend for
duration of shift [at least (12) hours].
