THE US GRANT, a Luxury Collection hotel, is an iconic building in the heart of the historic and lively Gaslamp District in downtown San Diego. Department
The Front Office department at the legendary US Grant works closely with every other department to ensure that the needs of all global explorers are taken care of from check-in to check-out. The Front Office department has the most opportunity to make a direct impact on the experiences of our global explorers - to make those experiences exceptional and indigenous.
Job Description
The Night Auditor is responsible for handling each contact with global explorers according to the Luxury Collection's refined and impeccable standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, posting charges to guest rooms and closing the day, running accounts receivable reports, providing next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, and Executive Offices, and ensuring all financial data is posting. Prior luxury hotel experience preferred but not required.
