Job Description:	The Restaurant Manager organizes and supervises all activities of the resorts AAA Four-Diamond and Forbes Four-Star fine dining restaurant, Twenty-Eight Atlantic. In addition the restaurant manager also oversees the room service operation and bar. This management position reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and is responsible for maintaining our Four-Diamond and Four-star standards throughout the operation.
Job Requirements:	Job Requirements: - 2+ years in a similar capacity in an upscale Hotel, Resort or Country Club - Outstanding training skills, ability to motivate and lead - Outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills, ability to integrate with a multicultural staff - Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail - Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple functions.
