Job Requirements

Produce from scratch, prepared to order menu items to
include soups, sauces, and hot appetizers. Grill, roast
and bake fish, steaks, chicken and shellfish. Mixture of
buffet and plated style meal production. Must work well
under pressure in a fast paced kitchen. Formal training
and previous 4 diamond hotel experience preferred as
well as a Certificate or Associates degree in Culinary
Arts or equivalent experience. Must have a valid DC Food
Handlers Permit and ACF Certification or equivalent.
Must have the flexibility to work any
AM/PM/Overnight/Holidays/Weekends.
