Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

 

1.  Maintain and constantly review client service standards.

2.  To ensure saloon cleanliness and maintenance in keeping with the company's general policy and services.

3.  Promote and advertise to increase client count.

4.  Advise clients of all products available for retail purchase, in order to keep their hair in good condition.

5.  To develop and implement training programs for Spa employees in accordance with company policies and procedures. 

6.  Ensure that all staff is properly trained, dressed (including name tags), and prepared to professionally represent our Hotel.

7.  Ensure that cleanliness and safety standards are enforced at all times.

8.  Complete weekly forecasts, and prepare and approve schedules.

9.  Review employees' hours in a timely manner and maintain acceptable labor costs as noted in the daily Manager's Report.

10.  Ensure that all staff's are given timely performance reviews.

11.  Assist with MOD shifts as needed.

12.  Be continually alert for the safety of all employees and guests, reporting any unsafe conditions.

13.  Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.

14.  Recommend staff changes, and, when necessary, discipline staff in accordance with Dow Hotel Company policies.

15.  Follow established cash handling procedures.

16.  Maintain accurate internal controls to ensure the safeguard of all company assets.

17.  Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
