Seeking a dynamic, motivational Director of Catering who
possesses strong communication and customer service
skills.

Job Requirements

Candidate should possess the ability to multi-task, work
under pressure, work independently and proficiently with
a strong sense of urgency to provide accurate
information and meet deadlines. Will respond to
telephone inquiries and refer to Sales Mgrs., will
conduct meetings and motivate staff, will ensure that
all filing systems are maintained, among other projects
assigned by the DOSM. Minimum of 3 years in Catering or
CSM sales with leadership skills and experience with
Word, Excel and Delphi.
