The Radisson Blu Mall of America will feature 500 design forward guest rooms, unique spaces and over 26,000 square feet of meeting space, and is the only hotel connected to the Mall of America.
The position of Concierge is responsible for providing information concerning the hotel and the city to our guests and to service their immediate needs as efficiently as possible.
As a Concierge, your responsibilities will include:
-Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
-Solid familiarity with all hotel facilities, room types, food and beverage outlets, recreational activities, and emergency procedures
- Familiar with local dining, shopping, entertainment offerings, etc. in order to answer guest questions about the hotel and local area by researching and providing prompt and professional follow-up information
-Serving each guest on a one-to-one basis with utmost courtesy
-Inspecting and maintaining overall cleanliness and appearance of the Concierge desk, and lobby area, including temperature, lighting, and music
-Working closely with in-house vendors to satisfy guest entertainment needs
-Demonstrating a professional attitude in all interactions with guests, hotel staff, and vendors - both in face to face discussions and over the telephone -Ability to effectively deal with internal and external guests with a high level of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
-Ability to suggest a wide variety of attractions for guest entertainment, as well as the ability to give accurate and clear directions.

-Basic mathematical and calculator skills to prepare simple calculations without error.
-Ability to accurate access and input information using the hotel's computer system.
-Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, as well as constant bending, stooping, and extending of arms.
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
