Job Description
BASIC PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for managing and administering the Workers' Compensation program.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Implement and develop work comp cost containment initiatives
* Ensure compliance to workers compensation laws and regulations in a multi-state company
* Complete reporting for OSHA compliance
* Maintain panel and network physicians listings
* Review workers compensation billings for accuracy
* Identify network savings opportunities
* Ensures all reporting requirements are met
* Develops return to work program
* Develops training related to workers compensation program
* Works with auditors as needed
* Other duties that may be assigned
