Job Description
Ability to manage and oversee all spa front desk areas including Spa
Front Desk and Spa Locker Room Attendants. Organize flow of traffic
through the spa in a timely manner. Responsible for guest
satisfaction ensuring every guest receives best treatment Communicate
spa goals and objectives and policies & procedures to spa team.
Monitor providers schedules and make changes to accommodate business
levels. Ability to work under pressure without letting pressure show
to guest. Minimum 2 years experience working in a spa related
environment. Effective communicator with excellent listening and
verbal skills Self motivated, responsible, team player, flexible and
cooperative. Able to stand up to 8 hours.
