Job Description
Omni Hotel & Resorts creates genuine, authentic guest

Candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper
service for all banquet functions.
Must have a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays.
Following instructions on a Banquet Event Order, this
individual will set up all meeting rooms to customer
specifications. Work environment is fast-paced - must be
able to multi-task and handle details. Clean and
breakdown room set ups at the end of functions. Refresh
meeting rooms during meals and coffee breaks. Assist
meeting planners/attendees with moving of boxes,
programs, etc. Accommodate special customer needs, such
as the hanging of banners.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel,
organizing and setting up meeting rooms for special
functions. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
and have a great team work attitude. Must be able to
work flexible shifts, including evenings/nights,
weekends and holidays. Promptness in attendance is a
must.
