Maintain established resort and departmental policies,
procedures, standards and objectives
2. Adhere to Club Rules & Regulations
3. Maintain a cooperative and professional work
relationship and team attitude with members, guests and
staff
4. Adhere to industry code of ethics; shall not enter
into gainful employment with a member or guest (i.e. do
not solicit or conduct personal business with a member
or guest as a private client)
5. Provide appropriate nail care treatment (standard
manicures, French manicures, pedicures, hand/foot
massage, paraffin treatments) for each guest using
current techniques. Do not change type of treatment
without consent of guest
6. Provide professional nail care treatments in
accordance to industry practices and consistent manner
with the Spa. Provide all guests with consistent
services for up to an 8-hour period.
7. Recommend appropriate products for each service given
and promote other spa services. Responsible for meeting
monthly sales goals
8. Lead by example and be an effective role model for
guests
9. Maintain daily care of all equipment used
10. Maintain accurate inventory of items issued to her
11. Exhibit proper use of product and abide by all
product control guidelines while maintaining a clean and
neat spa environment
12. Read and adhere to schedule postings in regards to
shifts, room assignments and the RIO scheduling system
13. Understand the Rio scheduling system, how to check
t-notes, refresh screen, etc
14. Be prompt for appointments and provide treatment
within the appropriate time allowed
15. Maintain a clean and well-stocked treatment and
retail environment
16. Respond to all member and guest concerns in a
prompt, professional and courteous manner. Respect guest
confidentiality
17. Greet and welcome all incoming and outgoing members,
guests and staff
18. Be aware of appearance and quality of work. Wear
uniform to standard
19. Be available to work flexible hours and days
including holidays and week-ends
20. Dispose and stock linens according to Spa linen
procedures
21. Enhance professional growth and development through
participation in educational programs, current
literature, workshops and meetings
22. Maintain current license and provide copy to the
management
23. Attend meetings as required
24. Participate in nail care training sessions as
required
25. Perform other related duties as assigned or
requested by supervisors/managers

To successfully fulfill this position, the candidate
must have High School Diploma (minimum) and current
Florida manicurist license or cosmetology licensure.
Current certification from an approved cosmetology
school. Qualified to perform all aspects of nail care
using current techniques. Excellent human relations
skills; be able to communicate with the general public
in a courteous and professional manner. Good
interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be
flexible and adapt easily. Interested in health &
wellness field. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop or
bend for duration of shift [at least eight (8) hours] |
