1. Collects and administrates the logging of all Lost
Property turned into the Security Office, and storing it
in a timely matter for the Lost and Found Investigator.

2. Acts as dispatcher and observes surveillance monitors
as needed.

3. Answers phone in the Security Office and perform
light office work such as, but not limited to, filing,
copying, computer data entry, etc.

4. Maintains the objectives, policies, and procedures
laid out in the Boca Resort and Club handbooks, training
materials, memorandums, directives, as well as state and
federal standards.

5. Prioritizes and organizes work assignments.

6. Investigates all incidents reported occurring on
their shift that are relevant to the four categories:
Crime, Incidents, Medical Emergencies, and Traffic.

7. Assists in identifying trends on their shift,
creating strategic plans, and preventing similar
occurrences in the future.

8. Assists in conducting weekly safety inspections and
monthly limited response fire and medical aid drills.

9. When called on to do so, provides expert testimony on
behalf of the Boca Raton Resort and Club in litigation
matters pertaining to prosecution, defense, or
Liability.

10.When present at the scene of any medical emergency,
acts as a first responder, and

assesses and renders appropriate first aid and/or other
life saving techniques, and, if

necessary and prudent, requests the dispatch of
additional Emergency Service personnel,

such as paramedics.

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop or bend for
duration of shift [at least (8) hours]. Able to carry
and or lift objects thirty pounds or less. CPR/AED,
First Responder certification (within 90 days).
Patience, self-motivation, self-discipline, initiative,
attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Able to understand, speak, read, write, English
proficiently. Must possess a valid Florida drivers?
license.
