Job Description

The Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is currently
looking for Ideal Service phone operators for the 2013
summer season.


Essential Functions:

* Answer console.

* Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel.

* Assist all guests and associates.

* Log all guest complaints, issues work orders in
Synergy and Epitome.

* Wake-up calls.

* Understand all emergency procedures.

* Understand all radio signals

* Understand all amenities and services of the Resort

* Understand all Moments of Service scenarios

* Telephone and keyboard, pen/pencil, photo-copying
machine, computer and printer
Radio, Nextel and facsimile machine

Job Requirements

Operator experience in a full service hotel preferred.

Seeking enthusiastic and passionate individual with a
smiling voice and outgoing personality.

Ideal candidate must have excellent communication
skills, both verbal and written.

Must possess strong customer service skills and be
computer literate.
