Position: Banquet Houseperson

Position Summary:

Ensures all meeting set-ups and functions are set in a timely fashion according to Event Orders.

Required Skills and Experience:

High school diploma preferred. Good English skills required (read, write, speak). Must be able to deliver a quality product to the guest in a friendly and professional manner. This position requires bending, lifting, and stooping. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and push a heavy cart weighing up to 150 pounds. Must be able to give direction, train and motivate staff. Must be customer-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skills. Must be able to work under pressure and prioritize work. Must be flexible to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
