Front Office Manager

Location: US - NM - Albuquerque
The primary function of the Front Office Manager is to lead & manage all day to day activities related to the Front Desk Operations.
Overall responsibilities include:
* Managing the operation of the guest service area, including guest check-in and check-out, assignment of rooms, handling special requests, and billing and cash in accordance with the hotel standards.
* Hiring and Training new employees
* Preparing weekly schedules
* Promoting cooperation between the Front Office and all other departments.
* Creates guest satisfaction
Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum 2 years prior hotel Front Desk Supervisor experience
* Strong ability to build relationships with key customers, and department heads.
* Excellent communication skills required
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule
